1. Definitions

  • "SQLified" or "the Service" refers to the SQL conversion platform.
  • "Rexecutive Enterprises, LLC", "we", or "us" refers to the legal operator of SQLified.
  • "You" or "the customer" refers to anyone who accesses or uses SQLified.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SQLified, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

3. Description of the Service

SQLified converts structured files such as CSV, TSV, and Excel into SQL output formats.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee correctness or suitability for production. You must review all output before use.

Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

4. Data Restrictions and User Responsibility

By using SQLified, you agree not to upload or process any data that violates applicable laws or ourPrivacy Policy.

Prohibited data includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive data without full legal rights and consent.
  • Financial, medical, or government-identification data.
  • Any data you do not own or lack rights to use.
  • Illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Uploaded files are processed locally in your browser; we do not store file contents. We may collect limited usage metadata such as row counts and timestamps.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws when using SQLified.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

SQLified offers two plans:

  • Guest Plan – Free, limited to 100 rows per conversion
  • Paid Plan – Monthly subscription with unlimited conversions

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Rexecutive Enterprises, LLC or its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

No refunds for partial billing cycles unless legally required.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use SQLified only for lawful purposes.
  • Ensure uploaded data is lawful and compliant.
  • Keep account credentials secure.
  • Notify us of unauthorized account access.
  • Not attempt to bypass limits or misuse the Platform.
  • Not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary technology.

7. Intellectual Property

SQLified, including all logos, code, designs, trademarks, content, and generated output formats, is owned by Rexecutive Enterprises, LLC.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

SQLified is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rexecutive Enterprises, LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that output data will be accurate.

You use SQLified entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rexecutive Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or corruption of files
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Incorrect SQL output or reliance on results
  • Unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our reasonable control

If liability cannot be fully disclaimed, our maximum liability is the greater of:

  • The amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or
  • One U.S. dollar (USD $1)

10. Support

Support is provided exclusively to paid subscribers. Response times may vary.

Guest users are not guaranteed support or assistance.

11. Modifications, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue SQLified at any time without liability.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within that state.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
